REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Results-driven with the capability to manage multiple requisitions and achieve recruitment goals
- Construction industry experience
- Must live in the DFW metroplex and be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- UKG experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Recruitment Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to establish clear job requirements, qualifications, and necessary skills for open roles.
- Sourcing and Pipeline Building: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, including utilizing job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and non-traditional recruiting methods for niche roles.
- Candidate Networking: Actively network with external sources such as business associations, universities, and industry organizations to identify and attract top-tier talent.
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings, review resumes and applications, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Facilitate in-depth interviews with candidates to evaluate technical and behavioral traits in alignment with the organization s values.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain clear, timely, and respectful communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and updates on application status.
- Collaboration with Hiring Teams: Work closely with hiring teams to make informed, data-driven decisions, and negotiate job offers, ensuring an engaging candidate experience.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Keep accurate candidate records in the ATS and generate recruitment reports as required.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and market standards to ensure the company s recruitment efforts remain competitive.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the company s brand as an employer of choice.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to hiring
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Interest in supporting college recruiting initiatives
- Strong interest and experience in employer branding and candidate engagement strategies
