Overview:AIT is looking to add a Corporate Recruiter to our HR team to help us raise the bar in recruiting and ability to hire top talent! The Recruiter will be a key player in developing our strategy and creating an amazing candidate experience as we continue to expand across the globe. Responsibilities:- Live our Core Values and be champion for our culture.
- Responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for all positions ranging from corporate, logistics, operations, management, technical and sales roles.
- You’ll be a true partner with all hiring managers across the company to develop hiring strategies that will enable us to fill critical roles, identify hiring sources and closing approaches.
- Proactively research the market, create search strategies that will attract the best & brightest talent and build and maintain a network of potential candidates through on-going relationship management.
- Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the ability to assess candidates’ profiles to our culture and attributes for success at AIT.
- Comfortable being held accountable to recruiting metrics and manager satisfaction scores.
- Responsible for transforming our recruiting process and raise the hiring bar while driving process improvements to hire faster.
- Work daily to drive a positive candidate experience through the recruitment process.
- Be a subject matter expert and provide direction and consultation to management on strategic and emerging staffing trends.
- Lead interview workshops with managers
- Act as brand ambassador as we continue to build the AIT employment brand, managing our social media sites and content marketing as it relates to hiring/onboarding.
- Bring new recruitment ideas and strategies to engage with talent
- Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary.
- Minimum 3 years recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting in the freight forwarding industry a huge plus!
- Full cycle recruitment experience in a corporate setting preferred
- Creative thinking, drives innovative sourcing strategies
- Persistence in finding the best candidate for the job – never settling!
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with hiring managers
- Ability to sell – need to tell the AIT story and engage candidates in seeing what a great place we are to work
- Ability to create standardized recruiting processes at all points in the candidate lifecycle
- Experience in social recruiting via Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Experience with multiple ATS systems
- AIRS certified a plus
