Corporate Recruiter Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Multilingual Talent Acquisition / Recruiter to join our HR (Human Resources) team and work alongside our amazing team of Talent Acquisition professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for the full global life cycle of the recruiting process. The responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Partner include collaborating with management to identify current and future hiring needs, design job descriptions, source candidates through databases and social media, conduct interviews, and facilitate offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have an outstanding experience. Position Details • Reports to: Director, Talent Acquisition • Location: Miami, Florida • Position Type: Regular, Full-Time • FLSA Status: Exempt • Pay: Salary • Compensation: Commensurate with experience • Travel: 10-15% Essential Job Functions • As an expert talent consultant, work closely with the business and practice leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic market guidance to bring top-tiered talent to the table for consideration • Act as an Ambipar Response ambassador to help promote the company's reputation and brand awareness and provide all applicants and candidates with an exceptional experience • Keep abreast of current market trends, employment legislation, and regulations to ensure Talent Acquisition provides informed intelligence to the business and counterparts • Source and attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, and other proactive means • Preferred experience in field service roles or industries, with an understanding of the specific recruitment needs and challenges associated with these positions. • Conduct interviews to assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit needs • Work closely with other members of the HR team to ensure onboarding deadlines are met and candidates are well informed • Provide support to other members of the TA team as needed to ensure talent delivery objectives are met • Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements and skill sets • Recommend new policies and practices as appropriate; monitor job offers and compensation practices to improve Ambipar Response O’Brien’s ability to attract the best and the brightest in the industry • Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications • Must be able to multitask and be comfortable with a demanding requisition workload • Work in an environment where Key Performance Metrics and bi-weekly recruitment activity report are required • Mentor junior Talent Acquisition Teammates • Other duties as assigned. Minimum Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree and three years of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment experience in a corporate environment. • Previous recruitment experience in a State, Government or Government subcontracting environment and/or corporate recruiting. • Ability to promote Ambipar’s job postings and execute creative, proactive sourcing techniques and strategies to identify and capture talent. • Show success in managing a wide range of relationships with various stakeholders. • Deep understanding and commitment to adhering to employment and EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) laws and legislation. • Adherence to recruitment processes databases • Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies with hiring teams • Experience with conducting behavioral interviews • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS. (Workday preferred) • Computer literacy, especially MS Office applications. • Confidence to communicate and influence stakeholders. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
