This is a hybrid position working three days in the office in Carrollton, Texas.
Come join our team as a Corporate Sales Coordinator at DC International and be the driving force behind exceptional client experiences! In this role, you’ll provide critical support to our Business Development team by managing inbound B2B inquiries and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. Your expertise will help shape success for our ecommerce brands, Coverstore and Leatherology, and contribute to our overall business success.
Duties and responsibilities
These responsibilities are meant as a guide for core job functions but are by no means exhaustive.
Corporate Inbound Sales Support
- Serve as a key point of contact for general inbound B2B client inquiries and assist the Account Manager with high-priority corporate and trade accounts.
- Respond to corporate sales inquiries, including by phone and email, and provide timely and accurate information to ensure a seamless pre-sales experience.
- Address pre-sales requests, including preparing client quotes and mock-ups, generating invoices, checking tax exemptions, sending Coverstore swatch kits, and requesting custom logos/dies for Leatherology personalization orders.
- Escalate complex corporate client inquiries to the Account Manager or Director when they fall outside of established guidelines.
Corporate Order Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams, including the Factory, Warehouse, and Operations, to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of all corporate orders.
- Communicate order status updates to clients and respond to any post-purchase inquiries, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Monitor order processing and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, coordinating with the relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
Business Development Support
- Assist the Director of Business Development in planning and executing unique sales and partnership opportunities, such as trade shows and in-person sales events.
- Contribute to efforts aimed at acquiring new corporate clients and building brand awareness through various business development activities.
- Assist in ongoing reporting and analysis to monitor performance and help the team achieve sales targets.
- Help troubleshoot B2C customer cases that are escalated by customer service team and require product expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer support preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and escalate issues appropriately when needed
- CRM experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other standard office equipment
- Local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area
