Job Description: Corporate Securities Associate

A prestigious law firm is seeking a Corporate Securities Associate with 3-4 years of experience prefered to join its thriving Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience from a large firm or a smaller corporate or securities-focused firm.

Responsibilities:

• Work on local, national, and international corporate finance transactions.
• Engage in public mergers and acquisitions.
• Handle various securities regulatory matters.
• Develop strong legal and client-service skills through diverse and high-profile projects.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in corporate securities.
• Proven ability to manage complex legal transactions.
• Strong client-service orientation.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Licensed to practice in New Mexico - Texas, California, and/or Utah is a plus.
