Main Responsibilities of Corporate Tax Accountant:

• Assist with the preparation of the federal consolidated tax return
• Assist with the preparation and review of the Company’s consolidated quarterly and annual income tax
• Assist with the preparation and review of quarterly estimated income tax payments
• Perform tax research and analysis on special projects as needed
• Identify and implement federal and state tax planning opportunities

Qualifications for the Corporate Tax Accountant

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• CPA
• 3-6 years of experience in tax in public accounting or corporate tax
• Self-starter, communicator, good interpersonal skills
