About The Opportunity
The Growth Marketing Executive role focuses on implementing and optimizing growth-driven tactics across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, capture leads, and convert prospects into sales-ready opportunities. The marketing executive will collaborate closely with the US Brand Marketing Team, including the Campaigns Manager, Event Manager, and Partnership Manager, using online and offline channels to execute growth-focused strategies. Additionally, this role will work in tandem with the Regional General Manager (RGM) and Director of Sales to build out regional growth strategies that are aligned across departments.
This role will also partner with the content and digital marketing teams to ensure effective strategy and execution on acquisition and nurture strategies, particularly in high-opportunity regions. The specialist will focus on driving additional awareness and leads through partnerships (current and new), referral bonus programs, and content-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition and Lead Nurturing:

Design and collaborate with internal marketing teams to implement growth-driven strategies across channels like paid search, social media, programmatic, display, video, channel partnerships, and events to drive top-of-funnel awareness and mid-funnel lead generation.

Develop and execute lead nurturing tactics across the customer journey to move leads through the funnel and convert MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) into SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).

Leverage marketing automation tools to create personalized lead journeys, segment audiences, optimize conversion paths, and implement lead scoring.
Collaboration & Execution:

Collaborate with the Campaigns Manager and Global Digital Marketing team to align digital growth strategies with full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns and overarching business objectives.

Work closely with content and digital marketing teams to optimize campaign execution, including landing page UX, remarketing strategies, and paid media performance optimization.

Partner with the Event Manager and Partnership Manager to drive strategy alignment and across omnichannel lead generation efforts.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:

Track and analyze KPIs such as lead volume, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to continuously optimize campaign performance.

Deliver actionable insights through data analysis, making data-driven decisions to optimize digital tactics and enhance overall campaign efficacy.

Regularly report on marketing performance, making recommendations to refine and improve strategies based on results.
Regional Growth Focus:

Develop and implement region-specific strategies to drive growth in major opportunity regions, tailoring digital tactics to meet the unique needs of each market.

Collaborate with RGM and Director of Sales to ensure regional strategies align with local sales efforts and market opportunities.

Focus on maximizing impact in high-priority geographic regions through targeted acquisition and lead nurturing initiatives, ensuring localized digital approaches.
Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on lead generation, acquisition, and digital strategy execution.

Proven experience with event and partnership marketing to drive brand growth and revenue.

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising tools.

Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems for lead nurturing and scoring.

Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing data and optimizing campaigns based on insights.

Experience working in collaboration with cross-functional teams (content, digital marketing, and sales) to execute high-performing campaigns.

Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
