We're helping our client to bring on dedicated LPNs for night shifts (3x12 hour shifts weekly) for a 13-week commitment

Requirements: Active LPN license from the Arizona State Board of Nursing or a Compact State
Primary Source Verification from Nursys
N95 Fit Test certification
First Aid certification
Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience
Responsibilities: Perform standard nursing procedures and administer medication
Provide health education based on patient needs
Collect and report patient care data, deliver interventions as directed by an RN or provider
Monitor patient progress and complete required documentation
