Job Title: Manufacturing Cost Accountant
Who:
A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with 5 years of experience in manufacturing cost accounting. Must have a strong understanding of GAAP, proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), and excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
What:
You will oversee departmental cost accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and driving cost savings initiatives. Key responsibilities include financial and cost analysis, supervising a team, managing ERP systems, leading the budgeting process, and participating in capital budgeting. You will also collaborate with operations to ensure clear financial communication and accuracy.
