Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and establish cost standards for manufacturing operations.
• Conduct Cost-Volume-Profit (CVP) analysis and drive cost efficiencies across the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create metrics and drive performance.
• Assist in high-level budgeting and provide data-driven advice to senior management.
• Track large customer-specific margins and optimize material costs.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Cost Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry.
• MBA preferred, with polished professionalism and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, or Peachtree.
