About the Job
A growing technology company, North of Boston, needs a Cost Accountant / Senior Cost Accountant. The Cost Accountant / Senior Cost Accountant will report to the Controller and be responsible for cost accounting, inventory control, and business partnering with operations. Responsibilities include:
• Monitoring/Review of general ledger as it pertains to inventory
• Bill of material
• Analysis of manufacturing costs and variances
• Physical Inventory and cycle counts
• Month analysis and reconciliation of inventory accounts
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
• 2+ years of cost accounting experience
• ERP experience
• Strong understanding of standard cost and cost analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a changing environment
Compensation: $90K - $110K plus bonus
