About the Job
Ideal candidates will have at least 3 to 4 years of experience as a Cost Accountant or Cost Analyst in a corporate manufacturing environment or plant cost accounting environment. Strong Excel skills are required and experience with ERP's and large accounting software would be great. We are looking for someone who can work well "out on the floor" with team members from Production, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and R&D, so we need someone with great communications skills and a "team first" mentality.
This client has over 20 locations and plants throughout the country and will experience year over year double digit growth for the 4th year in a row at the end of 2024. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
