POSITION OVERVIEW: We're seeking a skilled Cost Accounting Analyst to join our global finance team. This role involves complex cost accounting analysis, reporting, and driving process improvements across our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage product costing and ERP inventory system administration
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and corporate financial policies
• Maintain and update standard costs, labor rates, and overhead rates
• Prepare month-end close entries and reconciliations for inventory-related accounts
• Partner with supply chain and operations teams to evaluate efficiency and performance
• Support audits, tax reporting, and global transfer pricing
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of relevant cost accounting experience
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and various costing methods
• Experience with multi-currency and multi-site operations is a plus
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
