About the Job
The Analyst, Government Contract Operations will have primary responsibility for quarterly Medicaid claim review, which will include quarterly trend review, validation assessment, check/payment reconciliation, and ensuring back-up documentation is accurate and sent to States/Programs within a timely manner. Check payment/reconciliation may include working with large amounts of data and the resolution of credit balance issues. Manage the Medicaid mailbox and be the primary contact responding to inquiries from the states. Additional responsibilities to include, but not limited to, processing of quarterly Tricare rebate claim, preparation of the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF), assist with 340B refunds, and ad-hoc requests.
Pharmaceutical experience is required. Experience processing Medicaid claims preferable. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Revenue Manager experience a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks. Excellent PC skills including intermediate Excel and Word. Detail oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills. Knowledge of OBRA 90 and 93 a plus. Fundamental level of knowledge/analytical skills to enable accurate and timely reimbursement of State claims.
