COTA - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Ramona Rehabilitation & Post Acute Care Center

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans.

Conduct therapeutic interventions to improve residents’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functions.

Monitor and document resident progress, ensuring accurate and timely records.

Educate residents and their families on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment in accordance with facility protocols.

Qualifications:

Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

Valid state licensure in good standing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
