What We're Looking For:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program at the associate's degree level.
- Licensure: Current and unrestricted license or registration as an OTA in your state (if applicable).
- Experience: At least one year of relevant OTA experience in a clinical setting. Bonus points for home health experience!
- Credentials: CPR certification and TB 2 Step or Quantiferon/CXR as required.
Your Role Includes:
- Delivering Top-Notch Therapy: Guide and instruct patients in therapeutic activities and exercises to improve their independence and functioning.
- Effective Documentation: Accurately document therapy services and progress.
- Patient and Family Interaction: Educate patients and their families on therapeutic activities and care plans.
- Confidentiality: Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
- Continuous Growth: Stay current with continuing education and adhere to professional standards.
