DAY IN THE LIFE AS A COTA/L
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work as a member of the facility interdisciplinary team under the supervision of an OTR/L delivering treatment plans for both short- and long-term residents. You will collaborate with medical providers, patient care staff and clinical resources in the implementation and delivery of care.
You teach, mentor, and inspire each member to give their best and continue to develop professionally. Your love for senior care is evident in all you do. You enjoy your job, and your positive attitude filters down to our staff, as well as our patients and their families.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed as a COTA/L
- NBCOT certificate
- Previous experience in a long-term care facility- preferred but not required
- A love for people, especially the senior population
