Shift: Day Monday to Friday OR Tuesday to Saturday

Job Description:

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive treatment plans for patients with a variety of conditions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Clinical Skills: Demonstrate strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding patient progress and treatment goals.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, evaluation reports, and treatment plans.

Submission Requirements:

• AAS in COTA. Speech-Language Pathology Degree.
• Current California state license as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
•  Previous experience in a post-acute care setting is preferred, but not required.
•  Fluency in English, and Spanish is a strong asset.
•  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
