Must be 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent as of June. 

Demonstrated experience working with children. 

Strong organizational and communication skills.  Able to interact professionally with all levels of internal and external personnel. 

Ability to lead, plan, organize and implement program activities. 

Upon hire, complete First Aid and CPR Certification (or recertification expired) 

Upon hire, complete 8 hours of childcare pre-service training. 

Ability to change diapers or help with toileting as needed. 

High energy, proactive, deadline/task oriented, responsible and high sense of urgency. 

Ability to work as a member of a team and the ability to accomplish tasks. 

Enthusiasm, sense of humor, patience and self-control. 

Willingness to be flexible and available to attend Meet the Counselor and Family Shabbat events. 

Willingness to perform job tasks not part of immediate job responsibilities but aides in member satisfaction and getting the job done
