Summary:
Performs/oversees daily operations of the Youth Outreach programs and services. Supports Team leader and program staff with Youth Outreach program services.
Responsibilities:
Assist with program activities and services.Facilitates services related to the Community Youth Services (CYS) program.Supports Team leader and program staff with Youth Outreach program services.Follows daily activity schedule.Provides supportive services for clients and their families.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)Automobile Insurance (AUTO INS) - Automobile Insurance (AUTO INS), BLS American Heart E-Card (BLS AHA ECARD) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART), BLS Cert American Heart_non ecard (BLS AHA) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART), BLS Certification Grace (BLS GRACE) - Employee Grace Period for Essential Credential (GRACE), BLS Cert Red Cross (BLS RC) - Red Cross (RED CROSS), Driver's License Num (DRIVER LIC) - Department of Motor Vehicles

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: No prior work experience required. Other Information: Full time staff must have Valid Florida Drivers License, cleared to drive CYS vehicles and personal vehicle available during work hours.Additional Credential Info: New Hires have 6 months to obtain their BLS Certification
