About the Job
Provides delivery of clinical services to the clients of Brookwood Florida, Inc. Involves some administrative and program development duties including planning, implementing, and monitoring agency components and assisting in the maintenance of high-quality program standards.

- Interfaces with referral and placement sources, maintaining open communications.
- Maintains a caseload, providing direct counseling services.
- Supervises the development of the education and employment plans with clients and interfaces with school and work authorities to assure successful completion of goals
- Makes recommendations for new programs and improvements in existing programs to meet client needs more effectively and more efficiently.
- Assists in the supervision of case work services and other counselors in providing these services to the young women residing at Brookwood and their families.
- Responsible for reviewing all case records in accordance with the requirements· of funding/monitoring agencies and compiling necessary reports
- Master’s in Counseling Field.
- LMHC
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, required.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
