*Requirements: *
Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling or marriage and family therapy, or other behavioral science related field from an accredited program
Oregon board registered associate counselor, associate marriage and family therapist, licensed professional counselor (LPC), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT)

*Responsibilities: *
Establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients
Assessment, goal setting, and treatment planning
Diagnose mental and emotional disorders, use of the DSM 5
Provide counseling and therapy in keeping with established theoretical systems, strategies, and interventions
Make appropriate referrals for medical evaluation and treatment of psychiatric disorders
Maintain accurate records and progress notes for clinical documentation
Potential opportunities for leading psychoeducational trainings and workshops
Potential opportunities to lead process, support, and therapy groups
Participate in staff meetings and consultation with other staff
Help clients identify and access resources
Maintain productivity of 20-25 sessions per week (1.0 FTE) or 10-15 sessions per week (0.5 FTE).
Complete other duties as assigned

Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
