What You Need
Minimum Job Requirements:
US Intelligence Community Experience
To succeed, you will need extensive US intelligence community experience and familiarity with seminal intelligence community policy (e.g., EO 12333, PDD 61). You will also need experience with the CI Evaluation Program (DOE Title 10, Part 709).
DOE Counterintelligence
Familiarity with the DOE Counterintelligence/Counterterrorism Program
Interpersonal Skills
You will need to have the ability to foster teamwork and indicate the ability to interact professionally across LANL and with liaison partners. You must also be able to draw highly nuanced threat indicators from seemingly casual conversations.
Clearance
We prefer someone who has an active Q clearance and SCI accesses.

Education/Experience at Level 2: Position requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the occupation.

Have advanced knowledge of relational database concepts and database development-proven experience in administering multiple complex relational databases in various applications. Must have experience with records management and retention.
Foreign Visits and Assignments
Has advanced knowledge of the Laboratories Foreign Visits and Assignment program and understands how indices checks work.

Directive 206.2 - Employment with Triad requires a favorable decision by NNSA indicating employee is suitable under NNSA Supplemental Directive 206.2. Clearance: Q/SCI (Position will be cleared to this level). Selected applicants will be subject to a background investigation conducted by or on behalf of the Federal Government, and must meet eligibility requirements* for access to classified matter. This position requires a Q clearance. and obtaining such clearance requires US Citizenship except in extremely rare circumstances. Dependent upon the position, additional authorization to access classified information may be required, which may or may not be available to dual citizens. Receipt of a Q clearance and additional access authorization ultimately is a decision of the Federal Government and not of Triad.

- Handling information flow and process improvement with respect to foreign contacts, travel, etc.
- Meticulously entering data and providing multiplatform computer support
- Mentoring new team members on OCI database processes and flow
- Collaborating with our Cyber Counterintelligence Team
- Advising OCI leadership when potential obstacles with outside entities arise
- Collaborating with other government agencies when appropriate
- Preparing requirements for database developers with code modifications; test and debug results.
- Responsible for submitting quarterly data calls to Doe Headquarters.
- Responsible for handling the CI evaluations/polygraph notification process
- Field questions from lab personnel regarding reporting requirements
- Prepares statistical data for input into complex ad hoc reports for CI analysis
- Assists with internal and external audits and assessments and performs annual cyber self-assessments for classified and unclassified systems.
- Assists in the development of new computer information systems specialist policies and procedures
- Knowledge of LANL's Foreign Visits and Assignment program and understands indices requests.
- Experience working in a SCIF environment.
Level 3: $92,300 - $151,000
In addition to what was outlined at the level 2, at this level you will do the following:
- Leads the effort to transition and maintain the new database internally developed at LANL.
- Expert knowledge of complex relational database concepts and database development
- Proven experience in managing and administering multiple complex relational databases in a variety of applications. Multiple platform experience in desktop and server systems administration.
- Proficient in working in a security environment including handling classified documents and materials.
- Experienced knowledge of IN-20.
- Experience performing classified and unclassified leads to DOE-HQ entities.
- Advanced knowledge of Laboratory counterintelligence program and mission.
- Experience with records management and retention.
