Meridian Stone and Countertops LLC is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing the sales process for stone countertops, both in residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with various team members to ensure successful project execution.

• Countertops Sales: Manage and coordinate the sales process for stone countertops, including generating leads, conducting client consultations, and closing sales.
• Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and grow the business.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with installation managers and project coordinators to maintain and meet project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Office Tasks: Handle daily office tasks, including managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate records.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, installation managers, and project coordinators to ensure smooth communication and project flow.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to take on additional duties as needed, as the Company's discretion may reasonably modify duties from time to time.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the stone, countertops, or construction industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
