Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Experience: One year customer service experience required. Must have technical ability to understand and interpret surveys, plans and technical specifications.

Licenses and Certifications:

Must possess or obtain within first ninety (90) days of employment a valid Texas driver's license and meet the driver safety policy requirements.   

Computer Skills: Must be MS Office proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
