About the Job
The CPQ Business Systems Analyst role is responsible for deploying and supporting sales tools within Salesforce and CPQ that enable our sellers to "sell more” and "sell faster.” This role is part of a team focused on delivering new sales tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to inquiries: Answering customer questions and troubleshooting Oracle CPQ tier 2 issues
Resolving issues: Addressing customer complaints and concerns, and providing solutions
Testing: Ability to develop comprehensive use cases, test scenarios, and execute test scenarios to ensure top-tier functionality
Business Requirements Gathering: Ability to work with business partners to gather requirements for enhancements to CPQ and effectively communicate them to IT for development.
New Product Launches: Oversee CPQ business team tasks related to new product launches including reviewing product visualizations, testing CPQ configurations and working with IT on any related enhancements needed
Specific Knowledge & Skills
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years experience in one of the following: Product Planning or Sales Operations
Knowledge of Oracle CPQ front-end user interface is required
Knowledge of Google Office Suite is required
Knowledge of Jira is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment
Multi-tasking and organizational skills, with the capability to manage and prioritize multiple strategic initiatives under tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to solve problems and make decisions with little guidance
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
