About the Job
Envisioneering, Inc. is seeking a Alterations and Installation Manager / Coordinator to manage multiple installation efforts across multiple U. S. Navy platforms supporting Naval Research Lab, Office of Naval Research, and NAVSEA Integrated Warfare Systems programs as well as other Government organizations.
- Coordinate technical teams across various efforts across Navy Science and Technology (S&T) programs.
- Manage schedules for installation teams across various efforts.
- Manage contracts Alterations Installation Team (AIT) companies and write associated Statements of Work (SOW) in support of various technical efforts.
- Work with various technical project leads to ensure all U. S. Navy installation requirements are met.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Skills/Qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of experience in installing Non Permanent Change (NPC)/Prototype system on US Navy Platforms.
- Recent experience (last 5 years) working with platform planning yards (DDG & CVN preferred).
- Experience with the Navy Modernization Process (NMP).
DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE in the following areas:
- Technical program management of programs in excess of $1M.
- Working with Platform Planning Yards in generating Ship Installation Drawings.
- Ship’s Change Document (SCD) process to include Technical Data Package (TDP) Development and Technical Assessment Team (TAT) review.
- Candidate should have experience in one of the following areas: nuclear-trained Limited Duty Officer (LDO), technical LDO, Chief Warrant Officer (CWO) background, or as a technical rated Chief Petty Officer (CPO), Senior Chief Petty Officer (SCPO), or Master Chief Petty Officer (MCPO).
- Naval service Technical rating.
- Experience with ship maintenance in one of the following roles: PMT OIC, IMF LPO, or Division Officer.
- Familiar with standard productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (including Project) in order to support system documentation efforts.

- Supervising Alterations Installation Team (AIT) contracted companies.
- Regional Maintenance and Modernization Coordination Office (RMMCO) check in process for Non-Permanent Change (NPC) installations.
- Coordinating with Government On-Site Installation Coordinators (OSICs) for prototype and NPC installations.
- Writing Statements of Work for contracted companies.
TRAVEL: 15-25% (Approximate)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Requisite military experience in lieu of degree requirements.
