About the Job
Our Savannah River Mill located in Rincon, Georgia is looking for self-motivated and experienced Crane Performance Coach. This position will work Monday through Friday and is available to Internal and External candidates.

Our Savannah River Mill in Rincon, GA began operations in October 1986 and is considered a world-class operation in the industry. Five of the world's 12 largest tissue paper machines reside at the facility. Our operation is designed to produce products primarily from recycled fiber. We have over 50 converting lines that make the tissue, towel, and napkin products in our retail and away from home markets. What You Will Do
- Ensure the safety of your crew and team members working in the area
- Conduct meaningful safety discussion with the crane crew at the start of each day
- Have SML discussions prior to initiating work paying particular attention to: Team PPE, heat stress, the customers and equipment on the ground below Applying problem solving methods to identify the root cause and eliminate failures
- Develop, adjust and execute maintenance strategies for the 10 cranes in the paper mill and two maintenance cranes in the Utilities area. Check all ZM01, 02's, and 03's daily meet with your planner on at least a weekly basis to go over them and to make the upcoming schedules
- Join in on meetings on your schedule whether they are MBM, PBM, or just for scheduling
- Ensure that employees have all there required PPE and it's being inspected on a regular basis, and that they aren't needing anything to complete their jobs safely and on time
- Check the drop off points for parts that go with any of the scheduled WO's out there and that the crew has parts in hand prior to starting the work
- Work weekends and possibly on call or as needed
- Operate equipment such as (Boom lifts, Scissor lifts, Carry decks, forklifts)
- Work in elevated and/or confined spaces
- Work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment
- Perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks to include lifting, pushing/pulling, gripping, reaching, sitting, walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing ladders/stairs throughout the day
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Industrial crane maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of overhead crane code such as but not limited to OSHA 1910.179, 1910.184, ASME b30.2, B30.10, B30.17, B30.21 and CMAA 70 & 74. (OSHA 10, or 30 training is a plus).
- Experience using a multi meter, megger, and amps clamp
- Ability to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams

- Experience with Magnetek VFDs, Siemens Master drive VFD's, Siemens PLCs, Allen Bradley PLC's
