The Creative Content Producer will be responsible for overseeing new projects and managing the delivery of high-quality assets for multi-channel usage. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Creative Content Producer will own all aspects of content production from inception to delivery while collaborating cross functionally to ensure rhode's brand imaging remains consistent.
Overview:
- Oversee and manage the production of all rhode creative content, ensuring the day-to-day operations and all stages of shoot production run smoothly.
- Utilize understanding of rhode's brand look & feel to inform content production decisions.
- Manage the production schedule for shoots, including pre & post-production and retouching timelines.
- Work closely with the Marketing leadership team to establish a calendar of annual content.
- Manage the shoot schedule and creative concept deadlines for the creative team. Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to maintain the schedule.
- Flex up to A tier, large-scale shoots while also supporting smaller B or C tier shoots regularly.
- Interface between departments to ensure all members of the creative team have the necessary information to execute their tasks in a timely manner.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to create the necessary shot list and deliverables for editorial, social, and still-life shoots.
- Work closely with agents and artists on all production-related topics. Negotiate rates for freelance contributors on creative projects.
- Manage and track usage rights for all creative projects.
- Manage production for company collaborations and partner with brands on co-production needs.
- Prepare and manage editorial and ecommerce production budgets.
- This includes tracking invoice payments.
- Review/approve expense reports at the end of each month.
- Work with rhode's legal team to execute all production contracts.
- Propose and own location scouting, model travel bookings, props, eq rental, and other production logistics.

- Strong presentation skills - ability to effectively communicate new product ideas and concepts to both internal and external groups.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Established relationships within the industry and strong freelancer relationships.
- Ability to multitask, work on tight timelines, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of production budgets.
Qualifications:
Education:
- BA or BS media arts, communications or related fields.
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of production experience
- Knowledge of the current production landscape with regard to photographers, models, and beauty teams.
Travel:
Less than 30% travel for this position.
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $130,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This role is based out of our headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.
