The Creative Designer at Flexential is an innovative designer with exceptional skills in creative visualization and content creation across diverse mediums, including print, web, video, motion graphics, social media, signage, and internal business publications.
This role is central to advancing the Flexential brand in the market through a forward-looking vision encompassing creativity and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to collaborate and push the boundaries in creative thinking while also possessing the hands-on design skills to produce a wide range of content, from sales enablement materials for print and digital to event materials and video editing. Base Pay Range: Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $84,500 - $95,200. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate's experience, location, and qualifications.
Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.

From high-level conceptual work to production design, the person who fills this role is ready to tackle it all!Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
- Translate complex concepts into compelling visual narratives and assets for various touch points, including our marketing website, presentations, emails, and other marketing or brand collateral
- Manage a wide range of projects, from simple design requests to complex marketing initiatives
- Partner with external agencies and leadership to elevate our visual aesthetic
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in design, technology, and communication, bringing innovative ideas to elevate our brand
- Produce and own production-ready visual assets for multiple platforms
- Own the creative process from design to execution for both internal and external-facing projects
- Be the brand ambassador of the Flexential brand, developing brand standards and design evolutions that will help advance the company's market presence.
- Maintain an organized project archive and digital asset library, ensuring efficient access and usage.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to elevate the Flexential brand.
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of developing visionary creative strategies.
- Expertise in various content creation mediums, with an eye on balancing production time with high-quality design output
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- The ability to work in design tools like Figma to collaborate with agencies on projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage brand strategy and maintain high design standards.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in managing both internal resources and external agencies to achieve creative objectives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Must have a strong portfolio of work, highlighting your unique design approach
- Background in B2B or technology sector, with 3+ years of work as part of an in-house marketing team.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and generative AI to create innovative assets is a plus.
- Copy-fitting skills are a plus, with the ability to cut-down or expand copy to fit or enhance a design
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Walk or Stand for 10% of the time.
- Advanced keyboard usage.
