Creative Director - Inkitt

• Develop and articulate a clear creative vision that aligns with the company’s brand and business objectives.
• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative concepts for a wide range of media channels and advertising including branding, TV, social, digital, print, OOH, and more.
• Responsible for leading an internal team of designers and freelancers and collaborating cross-functionally across the company to develop world-class brand creative work that aligns with the company’s strategic and business goals.
• Lead by example as a hands-on creator, actively involved in concepting, crafting, and delivering innovative creative work while mentoring and inspiring their team.
• Ensure the brand's visual and verbal identity is consistent and compelling across all touchpoints.
• Continuously evolve the brand’s look and feel to stay relevant and competitive.
• Oversee multiple creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure that creative outputs meet business goals and resonate with the target audience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts. Introduce new ideas and innovative approaches to keep the brand fresh and engaging.
• Maintain high standards of creative excellence, ensuring all outputs meet the company’s quality expectations and brand guidelines.

The annual base salary range for this position is $55,000—$216,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
