Location: Boston, MA. but ideally hybrid first week in Marlborough for training purposes
Duration: 2-3 months
Hours per week: 40
Hybrid Schedule: On-Site Tues, Wed, Thursday / Remote Mon, Fri
Rate Range: $25-$33 per hour
Timeline for hire: 1-2 interviews + onboarding, likely early December
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Creative Project Manager to oversee and coordinate creative projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our brand vision while managing relationships across cross-functional teams. This hire is due to overflow projects and extra support being needed. You will be working alongside another Project Manager and reporting into the Senior Creative Project Manager. Projects will be primarily digital in nature.
Key Responsibilities
- Project manage deliverables that will live on social, web, and Amazon.
- Project manage photoshoot deliverables that will be going through the retouching/post production clean-up phase.
- Lead and manage creative projects from initiation to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with creative teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Monitor project progress and adjust resources and timelines as necessary to achieve project goals.
- Lead a weekly status meet to review current projects and to move projects forward
- Utilize project management tools to track project milestones and ensure alignment with overall strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, agency or in-house is OK!
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with project management software, such as SmartSheet, to streamline workflows.
- Previous experience PMing digital campaigns / deliverables
- Knowledge of digital marketing and post-production processes is an advantage.
