Brand Marketing Coordinator
Job Description:

Your Role on Our Team:
Manage creative production (photo, video, digital graphic design) projects through all phases (concept, development, execution, archiving). Work in unison with various cross-functional departments on multiple projects at once and problem solve to land on the right creative solution. Support Studio tours and events that occur within the creative studio building.
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and document project objectives and communicate relative strategies, creative concepting, dates, and details of the projects’ progress
+ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
+ Manage project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
+ Collaborate with creative team members including designers, photographers, videographers and editors
+ Manage the Production Studio Calendar and Project Management software for the team
+ Manage external project budgets and ensure all costs stay within the allocated budget
+ Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure the projects are delivered on time and within scope.
+ Communicate project status to stakeholders and team members regularly, including changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
+ Organize and lead project status and working meetings
+ Support projects by managing prop tools/PPE and the inventory to support these areas
+ Manage on-going relationships with our freelance and creative agency partners.
Qualifications/Skills
+ Proven working experience as a project manager handling multiple projects at once at varying levels.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to communicate openly and candidly
+ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Event Management or related field
+ Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office. WRIKE project management software a plus
+ Experience in Event or Creative industries a plus
