Location: REMOTE
Schedule: 40 hours - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Pay: $33 per hour DOE

Our Financial Services client has a HOT need for a Creative Services Coordinator with a minimum of 2+ years of project management experience working for an in-house creative team or agency for a hybrid assignment starting in October 2024.
Creative Services Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assign resources to design, copy, and video projects
- Monitor each designer, copywriter, and video animator/editor’s queue throughout the day to ensure that work is evenly distributed and no one is over-capacity (and at risk of missing deadlines)
- 12 people total
- Triage daily unplanned and rush project requests
- If team is at capacity, having conversations with project managers and/or marketing partners to assess business value of request
- Assess prioritization of all current work for the day and determine what can and cannot be de-prioritized
- Request deadline extensions as necessary
- Reassign work as necessary to other associates
- If designer, copywriter, and/or animator are in danger of missing deadlines, have conversations with all business partners to determine prioritization, reassign work to less busy associates, and/or request deadline extensions
- Thoroughly document daily inefficiencies in workflow process (e.g., unplanned work; business partners not adhering to schedules; lack of prioritization; etc.)
- Create weekly or biweekly reports that summarize daily workflow inefficiencies
Creative Services Coordinator Qualifications:
- Ability to work well within highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams across various departments.
- Strong written and verbal skills; excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt to inconsistent processes and be willing to make recommendations for process standardization opportunities
- Proficiency in AirTable recommended
