This is an onsite position in Monroe, WI.
Colony Brands, Inc. is one of the world’s largest and most successful direct marketing catalog and e-Commerce companies. We are seeking two Creative Services Specialists to support our Creative Marketing Services department in the research, design, execution, and accuracy of digital and print spreads for our Home/Hardgoods retail brands. You will be a collaborative partner within our omni-channel focused organization. What You’ll Do
Your work will focus on updating and maintaining assigned brands’ style guides and executing creative concepts and layouts to include writing photography direction. You’ll work closely with our Creative Operations team to ensure the quality of our catalog designs and layouts are meeting our company standards. You’ll utilize Adobe Creative Suite and our Content Management Databases daily to produce catalog pages and support material.
In addition, you’ll also be responsible for:
• Auditing existing graphic treatments, fonts, and templates to streamline a stronger branding and customer experience
• Analyzing layouts and spreads for graphic appearance, accuracy, and neatness according to set Brand standards
• Contributing ideas and concepts for seasonal campaigns and strategies that are brand right in their design, voice, and aesthetic
• Accurately developing and writing photo direction in layouts
• Researching and providing recommendations for methods of visual communication to improve sales and profitability
• Following project specifications, retrieving high resolution images from Service Bureau ftp, and receiving logos/artwork from merchandisers
