About the Job
The Creator Marketing team at Meta seeks an experienced individual to lead a team of brand managers that set the vision and build brand strategies that grow brand equity and relevance.In this role, you will lead a team that is at the helm of steering Facebook’s global brand, strategically embedding the brand in creator culture, ensuring creative excellence and consistency in visual identity, brand messaging and communications across all touch-points. You will partner with various teams to build foundations that streamline our go-to-market, providing strategic guidance for effective communications. Our ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic brand marketing prowess and exceptional operational rigor, with a proven ability to work with stakeholders across marketing functions, including product marketing, product growth, research & insights, data science, comms & partnerships teams.

Creator Brand Marketing Lead, Facebook Responsibilities:
- Lead the Facebook Creator Brand Marketing team driving brand building aimed at growing and engaging Facebook's large community of creators.
- Develop our Facebook Creator brand strategy and planning including segmentation, targeting, market sizing, integrated communication plans, growing the brand's equity and driving business growth.
- Develop, manage, and grow a team of brand managers for Facebook Creators.
- Work with cross-functional counterparts across partnerships, comms, research & insights, product marketing and data science to align strategy with activations, messaging and measurement.
- Develop brand governance models, toolkits and guides to enable cross functional partners and streamline go-to-market.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in marketing/brand building at a tech, media or entertainment company.
- 4+ years of people leadership experience, including managing multiple levels of individual contributors.
- Experience leading global brand and communication strategies for international consumer brands.
- Experience applying analytical rigor, understanding of country-level market dynamics, and a mix of market and brand knowledge to deliver effective brand strategies for measurable ROI to the business.
- Experience connecting business and brand strategy, and extracting insights that translate into briefs that spark creativity.
- Experience navigating ambiguity, building initiatives from the ground up, demonstrating resourcefulness and influencing cross functional teams to rally behind a shared vision.
- Experience utilizing research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the consumer experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12+ years experience in marketing/brand building at a tech, media or entertainment company.
- 7+ years of people leadership experience, including experience managing other people managers.
- Experience working in a fast paced, scrappy environment, thriving amidst ambiguity while ensuring executional excellence.
- In depth knowledge of creator culture and a history of spearheading successful creator initiatives.
- Experience supporting or working with a large partnerships or sales organization in an enablement capacity.
