Credentialing & Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Work with providers to ensure each provider's files are updated timely according to the schedule published by CMS Medicare/ Medicaid and Managed Care Organizations regulations.
• Provide updated list of credentialed individual providers and facilities
• Ensure all credentialing and recredentialing reports are completed timely for review and submission
• Apply payments as needed
• Amend contracts and update rates upon request

Experience Preferred:

• Some healthcare/medical industry experience a must, flexible on area of focus!
• Strong attention to detail / ability to work independently
• Intermediate Excel skills needed
