• Analyze financial statements, including income statements, to assess creditworthiness and determine appropriate credit limits for borrowers.
• Conduct thorough credit investigations, reviewing financial history, credit reports, and other relevant data.
• Develop and maintain strong credit risk assessment models.
• Prepare clear, concise credit reports with recommendations for loan approvals, denials, or adjustments.
• Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify potential credit risks.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field a+
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar credit analyst role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel a must).
• Experience with credit risk assessment software a plus.
