JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Credit/Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls for accounts that are past due, negotiating payment plans based on client budgets, and working towards recovering company losses efficiently with a focus on maintaining positive client relations. The ideal candidate will be adept at using good communication to achieve results and must possess strong analytical skills in order to review and understand account histories and future potentials.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Previous experience in a collections role or a similar financial services environment is preferred.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

- Answering inbound and making outbound calls to clients with delinquent accounts.
- Negotiating and setting up feasible payment plans based on clients' budget information.
- Calculating monthly affordable payments for clients and ensuring these agreements are adhered to.
- Identifying past and potential future account issues, offering solutions where necessary.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor, showcasing empathy and understanding, yet firmly ensuring clients commit to their due payments.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Google Drive for account management.
