RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST:
- The Credit and Collections Specialist will send correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
- The Credit and Collections Specialist will confer with customers in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service, or credit contract with customer.
- Notify credit department if customers fail to respond.
- Record information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts.
- Receive payment and post amount paid to customer account.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST:
- 2 year + Credit and Collections experience
- SAP Experience / Large ERP experience is preferred
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer skills
MaxSalary: USD75000
MinSalary: USD55000
