Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, ensuring effective use of CRM tools.
- Understand escalation paths to triage seller needs based on the loan cycle to mitigate risk.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding business documents and current loans.
- Meet or exceed service level agreements to minimize revenue losses.
- Identify, document, and communicate product bugs and features with cross-functional teams.
- Advocate for the seller community by identifying trends and suggesting process and product improvements.
- Collaborate with other teams to find answers and be a resource for teammates to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on BSA/AML regulations and fulfill related duties.
- Work effectively in a remote environment using Slack and video conferencing tools.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of professional experience with a financial institution or payment provider (required).
- Proven experience in direct customer-facing roles (required).
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, startup environment and handle multiple assignments independently (required).
- Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time-management skills with a superb attention to detail (required).
- Passionate about helping others and enhancing the customer experience.
- Proficient in internet research, Google Docs, and general PC skills; SQL experience is a plus.
- MacBook user preferred.
- A genuine interest in feedback and skill improvement.
