Credit Union Lead Teller - Lubbock - Complex Community Federal Credit Union

Leadership and Brand:

• Demonstrated knowledge of CCFCU brand, teller policies and procedures
• Professionalism and discretion
• Supervisory experience a plus
• System knowledge a must w/track record of accuracy
• Ability to work well with others in a way that reflects our brand
• Low absenteeism and a history of being on time (this will be reviewed)
• Must have previous experience
• Current Credit history will be reviewed

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assure appropriate day to day staffing levels at branch
• Day to day responsibility for branch cash vaults and the proper storage and movement of cash
• Ordering money as directed
• Coaching of teller staff as needed
• Assuring policies are followed
• Interaction with members to assure they are heard, and needs are met
• Performing teller duties as needed (pulling a drawer and serving members)
• Other duties as assigned
