Marshall Community Credit Union (MCCU) is looking for a full-time Teller to serve our members at our new Coldwater Branch.

Our full-time Tellers start at a competitive hourly wage of $15.00-$16.50 an hour, with unlimited opportunity for earning sales incentives. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FULL-TIME TELLER
As a Teller at MCCU, you provide unsurpassed customer service while cheerfully greeting members and taking the time to really listen to their needs. As the first point of contact for members, you help them by processing transactions, solving problems, or educating them on our available products. You present yourself well, and our members can tell that you truly care about helping them create a plan to achieve their financial goals. Our members also appreciate your assistance with account validation, account inquiries, check reorders, investigating check clearings, and account reconciliation.
To efficiently process routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, transfers, and loan payments, you stay up to date on policies and procedures. Utilizing your product knowledge, you promote, educate, and cross-sell financial products and services to meet the current and future financial needs of our members. You are goal-oriented and always learning and improving. You are invested in the success of the credit union, as well as yourself, and you take advantage of the coaching and development MCCU offers its staff.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A TELLER
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in member/customer service and cash handling
- Ability to perform basic clerical duties.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and compensated accordingly.
WORK SCHEDULE
Our full-time Tellers work Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm with the occasional Saturday 8:30am - 1:00pm. Don't worry, we'll give you a weekday off to make up for working Saturdays!
