About the Job
Seeking 1-3 years of Creditors Rights Associate Attorneyin Pittsburgh, PA .
This candidate will be responsible for managing their caseload with the department head's supervision
Work Location: Hybrid only in Pittsburgh, PA
Salary - $80,000 - $115,000 a year
- 1-3 years of Creditors Rights Associate Attorney (Must have)
- Admission to Pennsylvania Bar ( Must have)
- Experience in the representation of unsecured creditors, financial institutions, equipment sellers/lessors, and/or collection for taxing
- Understanding civil procedure, debt collection, and judgment enforcement, an excellent courtroom presence, and a solid commitment to achieving successful outcomes for our clients.
- Regular court appearances in bankruptcy cases, receiverships, and related litigation
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
- Client-facing experience
- Ability to work well with a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
