Extraordinary Flooring LLC is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Crew Lead to oversee and manage a team of flooring installers. As the Crew Lead, you will be responsible for guiding your team through the successful completion of flooring projects, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and on-time delivery. You will coordinate the installation of high-quality protective and decorative coatings for commercial, residential, and industrial concrete floors, working with a variety of materials including epoxy, polished concrete, and concrete resurfacing systems.

- Lead a team of installers to complete flooring projects to company and client standards.
- Manage daily operations on the job site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Oversee surface preparation, installation of epoxy coatings, concrete polishing, and other flooring solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company procedures during all installations.
- Collaborate with the project manager to maintain project timelines and schedules.
- Perform quality checks throughout the installation process to guarantee top-notch results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise on-site, providing guidance to the team.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials, ensuring that the team has everything needed to complete the job.
- Train and mentor team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Proven experience as a flooring installer, with expertise in epoxy coatings, polished concrete, and resurfacing.
- Previous leadership experience, with the ability to manage a crew and delegate tasks effectively.
- Strong knowledge of flooring installation tools and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to keep projects on schedule.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently on-site.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well with both clients and team members.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working on your feet for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
