ACM/SHEET METAL INSTALLATION

Position Overview:

As a Crew Leader, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the installation of ACM and Sheet metal systems according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. You will lead a team of installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal cladding installation, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering superior results.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead installation crews in the safe and efficient execution of ACM and sheet metal projects.
• Interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints to coordinate installation activities.
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
• Train new team members on installation techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor job site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to address any issues or concerns.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of workmanship and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of labor hours, materials used, and project progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ACM and sheet metal installation, with a proven track record of leadership.
• Strong knowledge of metal cladding systems, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Proficiency in basic math and measurements, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
