Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 hours per day, some weekends.

About the Role:
The Crew Member will work directly under the General Manager and in collaboration with a Consulting Firm, helping to maintain the day-to-day operations of the Golf Course Maintenance Department. This role requires hands-on maintenance tasks, including but not limited to mowing, weed eating, raking, cleaning/disinfection, basic repairs, and supporting pesticide and fertilizer application programs. Must have strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Duties include:
- Skilled and unskilled maintenance of golf courses, practice facilities, and grounds.
- Operation of specialized maintenance equipment.
- Daily golf course setup (e.g., tee markers, trash collection, ball washer servicing, practice facility setup, etc.).
- Basic preventative equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Complete other golf course and grounds maintenance tasks as required.
This job is Non-Exempt and subject to the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
