About the Job
WE ARE IN NEED OF A DAYTIME (7AM-3PM; 8AM-4PM) AND MID-DAY (11AM-5PM) SHIFT SUPPORT DURING THE WEEK AND/OR WEEKENDS.

Our priority is customer service! Team members must be friendly and professional towards customers and each other at all times. As a Crew Member, you are expected to:
- take customer orders with our point-of-sale system
- make food and smoothies, following proven recipes
- prep food including accurate measuring and weighing
- stock, re-stock and clean-up individual stations and back of house area

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare recipes: Crew members will be trained to complete orders (food and smoothies) according to our recipes or as customer’s request. All orders are made fresh.
- Food prep: Crew members will be trained to prepare food for use in the front of the house stations
- Cashier: Crew members will be trained to take accurate orders from our guests and handle money transactions.
- Restock: Crew members will be trained to restock supplies and keep the flow of service running efficiently.
- CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN: Crew members will be trained on how to keep the Cafe in tip top shape at all times!
Requirements:
- Reliable and Responsible
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Pleasant disposition, sociable, accommodating nature, and enthusiasm
- Self-motivation, creativity, and adaptability
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to read English
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Available to work flexible hours
- Experience with a POS system (desired)
- Quick learner in a fast-paced environment
