SUMMARY
The HR Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations of our organization. This role responsibility will encompass a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the efficient functioning of various departments within the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to gain valuable experience and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Office Management: Restocking office supplies, managing supplies station inventory, office furniture layout management.
· Invoice & Expense Report: In charge of processing all General Affairs-related monthly invoices and all corporate card expense reports and input expenses on the monthly expense data file. Proactively communicate with the vendors to resolve the invoice issue and receive invoices promptly.
· Asset Management: The individual will be responsible for managing office assets (Print equipment, office furniture), equipment such as corporate mobile devices, radio devices, etc.
· Global Mobility Support: Help and support expatriate employees during the relocation process (document processes for Visa, driver's license, utility account creations, etc.)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Korean bilingual
· Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in using office software (SAP (Any other ERP software, MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unforeseen situations effectively.
· Strong customer service skills
· Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous experience in a similar coordination role within a corporate environment.
· Certification in facilities management, office administration, or related field.
· Knowledge of sustainability practices and initiatives in workplace management.
· Working experience in a manufacturing environment.
