Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Criminal Defense Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in criminal law, excellent trial skills, and a commitment to advocating for clients facing criminal charges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a variety of criminal cases
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
• Develop defense strategies and manage all phases of litigation.
• Negotiate with prosecutors to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Prepare and present cases in court, including trials and hearings.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to strengthen case strategies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar license.
• Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in criminal defense.
• Strong understanding of California criminal law and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven trial experience and strong courtroom presence (preferred)
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound decisions.
• Commitment to ethical practice and client advocacy.
